LEVEL 3 DIGITAL MARKETER APPRENTICESHIP

For spring 2019, we are looking for a brilliant Digital Marketer apprentice to join the Clarion team.

Perfect for an individual looking to break into PR and communications, the role will provide the right candidate with a digital and social focus through a combined hands-on and dedicated learning approach. The Clarion Apprentice will work towards gaining a level 3 apprenticeship qualification which would also offer access to join as an Affiliate (Professional) member of the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).

The apprenticeship qualification takes 18 months to complete and comprises of on-the job learning at Clarion and one day a week of dedicated training which includes a mix of on-site and off-site learning modules. Modules include: SEO, Coding, social media, analytics, content development, management & social and digital marketing principles.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates will require at least five GCSEs or equivalent at Level 4 or above (including Maths and English) and 3 A-Levels or equivalent at grade C or higher, along with a passion for social and digital media, PR, marketing and an eye for creativity and problem solving. Working as part of a team, being an excellent communicator and an ability to manage multiple tasks will all come naturally to the successful applicant.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team of 50 passionate people to work across a variety of consumer lifestyle accounts. With a high staff and client retention rate we’re looking for people who want to grow and succeed with us.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be joining a busy and creative press office, carrying out activities ranging from press events and product placement to generating ideas for national news and social media. You’ll be writing press releases and features, meeting journalists and keeping coverage logs as well as supporting your client teams.

Qualities & Experience

 

  • Ideally you will have 1 year’s PR experience

 

  • Well organised with solid time management skills

 

  • Creativity and passion are essential

 

  • Strong writing and presenting skills

 

  • Good understanding of the media and news agenda
