We recently took on the big electronics retailers by launching a 3D printer for Aldi – just in time for Christmas.
The first supermarket to launch a 3D printer, at a fraction of the price of its rivals, the launch went down a storm with specialist tech and consumer media.
Working with Aldi’s e-commerce and SEO departments, we ensured Aldi’s 3D printer featured within the top three Google search terms, and that digital coverage linked back to a unique landing page to drive sales.
The result – 45,000 click-throughs and a complete sell out via pre-orders before the printer even went on sale. A very Happy Christmas indeed!
